Our innovative support program has been designed to provide
the highest quality of software support while incorporating
a level of flexibility not available in most standard support
plans. Support charges are separated into two categories,
annual maintenance and support credits. This 'flexibility
component' ensures that each customer has the ability to make
decisions that will provide the best utilization of their
support investment while also maintaining an unprecedented
level of control over long-term support costs.
Absolute provides the services listed below as part of its
BBBi Support agreement.
- Standard support hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm
PST.
- After hours support is available.
- Telephone Support Request Line: 888-270-3012
- Software Updates: Supported customers are eligible to
receive software updates. Updates include problem corrections
and/or product enhancements.
- Activity and Quarterly Statements outlining all activity.
